The Wedding Planning Process

From vendor selection, overall design plans to match your vision, and so much more, we will produce an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. 


The first step for any of our services is to schedule a consultation, which can be hosted in person or virtually. The consultation gives us the opportunity to explain our design and planning process and gives you the opportunity to share your wedding vision.


Harriett-Graham will serve as your lead planner. She will walk with you through the design and planning process and work to ensure your vision becomes reality. Being in constant communication is always encouraged, as strong communication ensures a seamless planning process. For this reason, we do not set limits on client communication. All Sprague Events clients also have access to a personalized planning portal.



Creating the overall design of the wedding is Harriett-Graham's favorite process. Harriett-Graham works to create custom events that fit each clients' unique personality and style. She prides herself on no layout or design being the same. 

Wedding Day Coordination

Harriett-Graham and other Sprague Events team members execute all tasks related to your wedding day, allowing you and your guests to simply enjoy. Delivering a stress-free and smooth wedding day is another area in which Sprague Events excels.
